We’re kicking around the idea of selling our house and moving to Michigan to be closer to family. I feel like an idiot sometimes because 1. the housing market sucks so much I’m afraid I’ll lose a ton of money selling my house, and 2. hello- the economy in Michigan! Need I say more?

Spiritwealth, we were buying in the same market so it worked out alright. I agree that now is not a time to sell unless you absolutely have to do so. Thanks for stopping by.

Yep, only bottom feeders out there and they make your life hell. If you can avoid selling right now, I think that’s the best option. $6,500 credit is not going to make up for the loss of money upon sale to a bottom feeder.
