I signed up for a new service called ImpulseSave which helps people set up goals and start saving instead of spending. Instead of buying that cool new gadget or yet another pair of shoes (remember I’m the Imelda Marcos wannabe), put that money towards your goal.
My first goal was to save $10,000 for a trip to Italy in a couple of years. As soon as my account is confirmed, I’ll be stashing money away. See the cool infographic below to see how it works.
Not only does is it super easy to save, but I can see my friends making contributions to their goals. Peer pressure has never been so positive!
Right now signups are by invitation only, but keep an eye out for an upcoming opportunity for readers (hint, hint). I can’t wait to see you all as friends using this unique, social saving tool!

I’ve heard of this and it sounds like an interesting idea.
I really wish this was available in Canada. This seems like such a cool idea.
