Congratulations to the Los Angeles Lakers for their championship win this past week. I would feel sad for the Boston Celtics but that team has a great history of championships and great players so they don’t need my pity.
Also, happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. My husband and I will spend time with his father for brunch and then a family dinner in the evening. I hope you have an enjoyable day!

My wife and I are about to place our home on the market and our real estate agent told us we should expect to offer a home warranty to the buyer when we sell our home, and that we should probably request one from the seller when we buy our next home. It’s definitely something we will look in to. 🙂
