One thing I love about this time of year is the focus on spending time with co-workers, friends and family. Last night was the company holiday party and it’s so fun to see everyone dressed to the nines once a year.
To break away from black, I bought a cranberry colored cocktail dress. Don’t worry I used a 40% off coupon for big savings on it and will wear it on our next cruise vacation for formal night. This is the dress, but not me pictured.
Next weekend we’ll celebrating Christmas early with my husband’s family here as we’ll be with my family in the MidWest on the actual day. It’s hectic and tiring, but I love it! What plans do you have for holiday celebrations?

I love wearing bright dresses in the winter. Why wear drab colors when its also drab outside? That’s just depressing. I think its much better to add color to the party …
